Smart & Safe is the Arka Service integrated solution dedicated to small and medium enterprises. The main purpose is related to the intelligent management of its computers fleet, mobile phones and tablets, integrating, if necessary, the management of servers, firewalls, access points and switches.
The service provides a configuration of the operating environment and the distribution of monitoring agents on clients and servers to be managed. In practice, a Kaseya® “agent” is installed on each computer in order to allow the machine to be remotely monitored and managed. It is possible to integrate the solution with antivirus and antimalware; for this solution we have chosen the technologies offered by our partner Sophos®.
The Smart & Safe solution therefore allows to integrate on a single platform remotely managed: servers, computers, smartphones and tablets, so as to significantly reduce the management costs of tech management in remote assistance and integrate, if necessary, packages of physical interventions by Arka Service technicians at your premises.
